Dice Simulator v2
This is the second version of the dice simulator, here you will be able to simulate the rolling not only of real dice but also every dice that you can think of.
Use the old version.
Hide help
- The dice simulator version 2 can handle an unlimited amount of dice each one with result, history and options, plus the dice are reunited in sets (also known as handfuls or groups), that have an summed result, history and options, you can also have the amount of sets that you need.
- Remember that whenever you want you can change the set and dice order dragging the titles with your mouse (you can notice of what you can move if when you move the mouse the cursor becomes four arrows in different directions).
- Each set has a menu from which different parts can be shown/hidden, including the options, the different ways to show the result, the forms to show the history and add dice, plus for each menu (except the add one) there is a sub-menu from which bulk actions can be applied to every dice of that set.
- The options of each set are:
- The name, affects nothing but the set's title.
- The total modifier, this is added to the final result.
- The columns, the amount of columns in which the dice are distributed.
- Each die is an improved version of a real dice since it can execute operations on the die that would normally delay a game's speed
- The options of each one are:
- The sides, it doesn't have to be the amount of dices of a real dice, as long as it's a number higher than zero.
- Enabled, if the dice can be rolled or not
- Amount
- Name, affects nothing but the die's title.
- Multiplied/separately, indicates how are going to be rolled the dice (if the amount is higher than 1), if it's multiplied, the dice will be rolled once and then the result will be multiplied by the amount, if it's separately, each die will be rolled one by one and then the results will be added.
- Blunder, if when the die is rolled is activated and the result fulfills the blunder's condition, the simulator will show a warning, Note: here, "above" means that the result has to give that value or a higher one, same applies to "below" and if "with modifiers" is checked the condition will be verified after applying the die modifier.
- Die modifier, this modifier will be applied to each die separately.
- Total modifier, this modifier will be applied to the result of all the dice, if it's multiplied, it will be applied after the result being multiplied, if it's separately, it will be applied after all the results are added.
- Drop, if it's greater than 0, then the higher/lower results will be ignored
- Ignore, if it's activated, then the results that fulfill the condition will be ignored.
- Reroll, if it's activated, then the results that fulfill the condition will be rolled again until they don't
- Anounce success, if it's activated, it will warn every time a result fulfills with the condition
- If you want to save the way you have configurated the dice simulator (except the history and if it's on safe mode) just click on Save settings, this way, the next time you click on Load settings you will recover all the configurations you have made Note: you must be logged in to save or load your settings.
- Safe mode: if you want to save a record of your rolls, the only thing you have to do is to activate the safe mode and all the rolls you do will be saved, but this isn't the only advantage of the safe mode: plus the rolls are made by the chaos satire server (not by your browser), so you can be sure that no one will cheat when rolling the dice, the disadvantage of the safe mode is that makes every roll slower, which can become uncomfortable, this is why you have to activate the safe mode manually (this is, you can't save it on the settings) Note: you must be logged in to be able to activate the safe mode, plus every time you activate the safe mode a new log will be created.
Here you can see the safe mode logs that are stored under your account.
